1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any service, accessing our website, or representing Social Currency Agency in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other policies or agreements referenced herein.

2. Services Provided

Social Currency Agency provides digital marketing, public relations, branding, growth campaigns, and related promotional services for clients, creators, and businesses. Service details, deliverables, and timelines vary per campaign or agreement and are defined in individual proposals or invoices.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of any service unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Late or incomplete payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital, strategic, and immediately rendered nature of our services, Social Currency Agency does not offer refunds of any kind, for any reason, and in any amount. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with results, perceived delays, failure to use the service, or requests made after purchase.

By purchasing or enrolling in any Social Currency Agency service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All payments are non-refundable, without exception.

  • You waive any right to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or refund requests through your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

  • You confirm that you have reviewed and understand the scope, structure, and nature of the services prior to purchase.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

For subscription-based services:

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled renewal date.

  • Cancellation requests submitted less than three (3) days before renewal will not prevent the upcoming charge.

  • If a charge processes due to late cancellation, the service will be rendered in full for that billing cycle, and the subscription will then be canceled effective the following cycle.

  • No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or exceptions will be issued under any circumstances.

By maintaining an active subscription, you authorize Social Currency Agency to charge the payment method on file in accordance with this policy..

5. Affiliate & Independent Contractor Agreement

Affiliates and independent contractors representing Social Currency Agency must:

  • Conduct themselves professionally and in accordance with agency standards.

  • Accurately represent the agency’s services and pricing.

  • Not make false or misleading claims to clients.

6. Non-Compete Agreement

By becoming an affiliate, contractor, or representative of Social Currency Agency, you agree to the following non-compete clause:

You may not create, operate, or directly participate in any business, agency, or service that competes with Social Currency Agency for a period of six (6) months following your termination or conclusion of work with Social Currency Agency.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Starting a marketing, PR, or social media marketing agency.

  • Offering similar services to clients of Social Currency Agency.

  • Using Social Currency Agency’s clients, systems, contacts, or confidential information for personal or business gain.

Violation of this non-compete clause may result in immediate termination, legal action, and financial damages.

7. Confidentiality

All information, strategies, data, and materials shared by or through Social Currency Agency are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to disclose, copy, or use such information outside the scope of your engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Social Currency Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
